Office and work Christmas party invitations
Invitations for the work calendar: the team Christmas party, drinks for clients, a charity gala, a thank-you evening for volunteers and an animal rescue fundraiser, plus an A4 poster for a festive jumper day. Styles run from art deco gold on bottle green to a mirror-ball disco, blue-and-white chinoiserie and a Scandi paper forest.
The sample wording is written for workplaces (“Out of office, into Christmas”, “Season’s celebrations”, “An evening of giving”), so it suits a whole company, a small team or a charity committee. Print for pigeonholes and the noticeboard, or post the image in Teams, Slack or the all-staff email.
Your first design is free, then 99p each. Or every design for £5 a month with Unlimited.

What a work Christmas party invitation needs
- Say what’s included. “Dinner and a drinks reception”, “first two drinks on us” or “cash bar”: put it on the invitation so nobody has to ask a manager.
- Say who’s invited. “Partners welcome” or “staff only”, in plain words. For a client evening, name the guest or say “you and a guest”.
- Set a reply date that suits the venue. Venues and caterers want final numbers and dietary needs before the night, often a week or two ahead. Make your RSVP date a few days earlier, so there’s time to chase.
- Send it in early November. December diaries fill fast. Invite people early, and put the jumper day poster on the noticeboard a fortnight before.
- Plan for everyone. Mention step-free access, a non-alcoholic option and the finish time, so people with lifts to arrange or children to collect can plan their night.

Pick a designQuestions
- Can I add our company logo?
- Yes. Add your logo from Uploads in the editor, then size it and place it anywhere on the invitation. You can change the colours to match your brand too.
- Can a business use these invitations?
- Yes, for your own events: a staff party, a client evening or a charity gala. Print as many as you need and share the image internally. The only thing you can’t do is resell the templates.
- Can I send it by email or Teams?
- Yes. Download the image and attach it to an email or post it in Teams or Slack, and print the PDF for the noticeboard. It’s one design and one download.
- How much is it for a whole team?
- You pay for the design, not per guest: your first design is free, then 99p each, then print or send as many copies as you need. Unlimited, at £5 a month, covers the invitation, the jumper day poster and the menu.
