Wedding table numbers
Table numbers are the one piece every guest looks at all evening, so they’re worth matching to everything else. Each 5 × 7 inch card here comes from one of our wedding suites, from blue hydrangea and autumn dahlia to merlot doodles and Midnight deco, with a photo-memory table number for an anniversary party too.
Change the number, or swap it for a table name: places you’ve travelled, your favourite songs, the streets you’ve lived on. Download a card for each table and print them on heavy card for holders or frames.
Your first design is free with an account. After that it’s 99p a design, or £5 a month for every design. A ready-made Canva invitation template on Etsy is usually £6 to £10. See how we compare

Ideas for table names
- Places that matter to you both: where you met, got engaged or went on your first holiday.
- Songs, films or books you love, with a favourite line from each on the back.
- How your guests know you, “University”, “The Cricket Club”, “Family”, if you’d like them to find their people.
- Keep the top table simple: “Top table”, or your married name.
- Whatever you choose, use the same names on the seating plan, so guests can match them at a glance.

Pick a designQuestions about table numbers
- Do I pay for every table number?
- No. One unlock of 99p, or your free first design, covers the design: change the number, download it, and repeat for every table. Or get every design on Papercrumb for £5 a month.
- What size are the table numbers?
- 5 × 7 inches, a standard size for table number holders and photo frames. Each comes with an A4 sheet that prints two at a time with crop marks, so you can print at home and trim.
- Should table numbers match the seating plan?
- It helps: when the tables look like the seating plan, guests find their seat quicker. Most of the table numbers here have a seating plan in the same design.
