Christmas menus, place cards and table printables
Dress the Christmas table with a matching set: a three-course dinner menu, a name card for every guest and labels for the buffet, all in one border, whether that’s velvet and pine, folk-art doves, heirloom baubles, a Nordic forest, Coastal Noel or holly and robin. There are single menus too, a Christmas drinks menu, a cocoa bar sign, and a kitchen plan for the big day.
Type in your own dishes and each guest’s name, then print at home on card. The menus are 6 × 8.4 in, A5 or a tall slim card, so they sit neatly on a plate.
Your first design is free, then 99p each. Or every design for £5 a month with Unlimited.

Setting the Christmas table
- One name card per guest. Type the first name, download it, then change the name and download again for the next guest. It’s the same design, so once it’s yours there’s nothing more to pay.
- Write the menu the British way. Starter, main and pudding, then cheese and coffee. Name the dish and one detail: “Roast turkey, pigs in blankets and all the trimmings” reads better than a list of every vegetable.
- Mark the dietary options. Put (v) or (vg) after vegetarian and vegan dishes, and add “Please tell us about any allergies” at the foot. The buffet labels have a second line for ingredients such as nuts or gluten.
- Print on heavier card. Menus and place cards stand up to candle wax and gravy better on 250gsm card or more. The place cards are flat, so slip them into holders, rest them on a napkin or prop them against a glass.
- Work backwards from dinner time. The Christmas dinner kitchen plan sets out what goes in the oven when. Fill it in on the 23rd, stick it on the fridge, and nobody has to do sums on the day.

Pick a designQuestions
- What size are the Christmas menus?
- Most are 6 × 8.4 in, a good size to sit on a plate; others are A5 or a tall, slim card. Each prints one to a sheet at home, and the PDF suits a print shop too.
- Can I change the courses?
- Yes. Rename the courses, change every dish and add or remove lines. If a dish name runs long, make the text a touch smaller so it stays inside the border.
- Do I pay again for each guest’s name card?
- No. Once a design is yours you can change the name and download it again for every guest. Your first design is free, then 99p each, or Unlimited at £5 a month for the menu, the name cards and the buffet labels together.
