Cocoa & tartan – Christmas Eve box labels
Three Christmas Eve box labels on one A4 sheet, so each child gets their own. Every label has a cosy hand-painted stack of Christmas Eve treats: folded tartan pyjamas tied with a gold ribbon, two storybooks and a red mug of hot chocolate with marshmallows and a candy cane, with holly and a gingerbread star. Beside it, “A Christmas Eve box for” leads into your child’s name in a large berry-red copperplate script, with a little line about what’s inside and the date in neat capitals, all on warm cream with a fine gold border. Each label takes one name: type a different one on each for brothers, sisters or cousins (long names such as Florence-Rose still fit), and change what’s inside or the date to suit your box. Each label is 19 × 9 cm: print the sheet on A4 sticker paper or card, cut along the edges and stick one on a box, a wooden crate or a gift bag for the night before Christmas.
