Sugared almonds – wedding pick ’n’ mix sweet cart sign
A pick ’n’ mix sign for a wedding sweet cart or sweet table, painted in soft pastel gouache: white garden roses, blush sweet peas and a lilac silk ribbon in one corner, and glass jars of sugared almonds and sugar mice with striped paper bags and a silver scoop in the other. “Pick ’n’ mix” is lettered in a big, flowing mauve script with a little lilac “’n’”, inviting guests to help themselves to something sweet for the journey home. Add your names and your own sweet line about the two of you.
